Jigsaw puzzles were first made in the 1760s as a convenient way to store maps. A mapmaker would paste maps onto wood and then cut them into pieces so they could be stored in small spaces and be preserved longer. Now we turn everything from maps to photographs and painting to hidden picture puzzles into jigsaw puzzles. Our store selection includes wooden puzzles and ones made from advanced recycled paper products. We have puzzles that, once assembled, will cover a whole room and others small enough to be stocking stuffers. No matter the size, all our puzzles are challenging and a beauty to behold!
