These are mixed rolls of 1940s cents brown coins with lots of character and history associated with every one of the fifty coins found in each roll. The coins range in grade from mostly fine to extra fine, with the occasional coin outside this average. Since these rolls aren’t heavily searched, you might find a coin from the 50s or 30s mixed in. It is possible you might even find mint errors if you know what you are looking for, or you might find that one elusive coin you need to finish a collector’s album or folder. There is no rhyme or reason for which dates you might find in each roll. They were literally grabbed from a bank bag full of 1940-era coins and dropped into the rolls.
